Common questions regarding SUJOG Re-Admission Portal

The “SUJOG” Re-admission Portal is an online platform of ASSEB, DIV-II for unsuccessful students in the HS Final Examination to apply for re-admission into HS Second Year classes.

Students who were unsuccessful in the HS Final Examination and wish to continue their studies in HS Second Year can apply for re-admission through the “SUJOG” Re-admission Portal of ASSEB.

Applicants are generally required to upload the following documents while applying through the “SUJOG” Re-admission Portal of ASSEB:
  • Passport-size photograph
  • HS First Year Registration Certificate
  • HS First Year Marksheet / HS Final Year Marksheet
  • HS Final Year Admit Card (if applicable)

Yes. Students may apply to different institutions and streams as per applicable rules within the allowed application limit.

A student can submit a maximum of 3 applications through the portal.

Yes. Students may apply to different institutions, subject to availability of seat/stream/subjects.

Yes. Students may choose different eligible streams or institutions within the limit.

No. Using multiple accounts or exceeding the application limit is not allowed.

No. One mobile number is allowed per student registration.

This appears when the mobile number is already registered in the portal.

Possible reasons include:
  • Network issues
  • Incorrect mobile number
  • DND/SMS blocking
  • Temporary server delay

Yes. A student may take re-admission in other institution and which may allowed depending on eligibility and seat availability.

Yes. Eligible students may apply, subject to availability of seats and streams in the institution.

Yes. Students must select subjects only from approved combinations prescribed under the New Academic Regulation 2025 of the Assam State School Education Board (Division-II).

Yes. Subject changes may be allowed as per New Academic Regulation 2025 of ASSEB, Div-II.

As per the New Academic Regulation 2025 of ASSEB, Div-II, students are required to study a total of six (6) subjects.

Yes. A Skill Subject is mandatory for students in the Arts stream as per the New Academic Regulation 2025.

No. The Skill Subject is optional for students in the Commerce stream as per the New Academic Regulation 2025.

No. The Skill Subject is optional for students in the Science stream as per the New Academic Regulation 2025.

Students can use the “Forgot Password” option on the portal.

An institution may not appear on the portal if its profile has not yet been updated by the concerned institution. It will become visible to students once the profile is completed and updated on the portal.

The institution has not updated the subject details during profile updating, or the subject is not offered by the institution.

No, students who have already passed the HS Final Examination are not eligible to apply through the "SUJOG" Re-admission Portal.
